I came in for a fitting and tune-up for my road bike. Everyone who helped me was amazing! My bike is finally comfortable and it feels like a new bike now. Knowledgeable folks and very welcoming atmosphere. Can’t say enough good things about Jim and his team!

Super quick, super friendly, decently affordable, very nice environment, even went through the effort of getting every single part on my bike shiny and clean when reassembling it on very short notice. They did break one of my fenders by.. I think overtensioning a bolt?, but mistakes happen. Given how glowing every other review is, I'd imagine I just have bad luck.

Emily was great! She provided details on two bikes, pointing out differences. I was given the opportunity to test ride the two bikes. There wasn’t any overselling or pressure to make a purchase. Overall, it was an informative and relaxing experience. After purchasing my bike and accessories, my bike was prepared for me quickly. I am very pleased with my purchase - and I LOVE my new Trek Dual Sport 3!
