Big Moose Harley-Davidson

Traveling from Pennsylvania through Maine. My boyfriend had a throttle issue. Stopped here and talked to the service advisor. He got the mechanic to take a look at it and he instantly knew what was the issue. He took it in the shop and had it fixed before we were done buying shirts. That is what a Harley dealership is all about! Great job people! Also Candi was extremely helpful. Thanks again George.

Vicki was awesome today in motor clothes. Aidan gave us a grand tour of the new building as well. Lisa did our final checkout and loved my dragon email address. The staff here is awesome. We drive from an hour north to come her and it's the first time at the brand new building.

Big Moose always takes great care of me, staff is always personable and friendly and always helpful. Justin in service always lets me know the most efficient way to care for my bike and makes recommendations based on experience. Checked out this Harley-Davidson dealership yesterday. A very nice and helpful young man named Aidan showed me around the showroom, but the woman in the T-shirt department had a Hemi in her mouth. Thank you for your hospitality "Whitney Longbeard"

Drove all the way from Pittsburgh to Big Moose Harley Davidson and was excited to see all the taxidermy. Sadly disappointed when the only thing I saw was one pissed off moose since someone decided to get rid of all of his stuffed friends!!! NOT COOL!! Great store, nonetheless and Candi was AWESOME!
