I bought a new Catrike Villager from Ethan. He did a good job of fitting and adjusting it for me. When I later had questions he was always available and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the Trike. He was very easy to deal with. I could take it to a local shop for servicing, but my experience is that Trikes require specialized expertise. Ethan has that expertise. I am confident in his work and knowledge. Highly recommended.

I sold a trike on eBay and needed to have it shipped. Several bike shops told me they could do it but they all ended up changing their minds. If it weren’t for Ethan at Wildfire I would have definitely had to cancel the sale. Ethan was extremely helpful, and even though I didn’t schedule a meeting he was still able to pack the trike on the same day and get it shipped out the next business day for an extremely reasonable price.
