Have taken mine and my kids bikes here for service for years. Still have my Giant Talon purchased during Civid which I love. These guys are thoughtful and thorough. Won't go anywhere else. Superb!

Great people - they are FOR the community. Would recommend as a newbie, looked over my used bike and helped me install mirror and bike locks. Won’t go to anywhere else but Arrow!

The older man in charge was rude to me during the entire process of fixing my bike, called me during work hours (I'm a special ed teacher and cannot use my phone in the classroom) and then left a voicemail making passive comments about me not answering. Lectured me when I went to pick up my bike about communication and needing money like a bad ex. Very strange and uncomfortable experience. Bike is fixed but I would not go again

Consistent quality service. Called another bike shop in college park and I guess they got tired of my voice because 1. The hung up on me and 2. When I called back, there accused me of hanging up on them. Fixed my minor issues on my mountain bike and fully assembled my cruiser.

The staff are super friendly and flexible and the prices are super reasonable! I was able to drop my bike off before close one night for repairs and it was done the next morning. Would definitely recommend!
