I dunno..very dishonest merchants? A mistake? I bought a Wahoo Bluetooth cadence and speed sensor at retail prices. When I opened the box out fell a receipt from Performance Bikes circa 2018 for that exact sensor that was returned to performance bikes. Was looking for some lube to assemble a bike myself and learn how to fix bikes on my own. I came in and was greeted by the guys behind the counter. I quickly found what I was looking for. As I was being rung up I asked if this was the correct product for what I was looking to accomplish and what my goals were. They were very helpful and didn’t try to upsell me. I will definitely be back for some quick links and possibly chains soon.

I did a bunch of research online to find the perfect bike for myself but it was sold out everywhere! I called to make sure they had it in stock before I drove to Gaithersburg since I live in Virginia and they had it! Manny was super helpful and honest. I’m short but I have crazy long legs and he brought up the concern and let me try different sizes to make sure I was getting the correct size. I had a great experience and I’m obsessed with my new bike!

Horrible customer service brought my bike to get a new inner tuber and air left. The same day I went on a bike ride and I fell My tire wasn’t screwed on properly now. I have a broken ankle
