I recently bought my lifelong dream bike. I love my fifteen year old Tarmac, more than I can say, but I always wanted an S-Works bike. I name my bikes, and this one's called Choice, because I made the choice to reach for it. From the no-pressure sales efforts, to the delivery and the fitting, the staff could not have been more helpful or nicer. Top-level customer service for a top-level ride.I couldn't be luckier! What can I say? 5Stars all day long. I visited the shop and had a bunch of question and the staff had answers. They took their time to help me understand the options I had to chose from and the cost associated with them. I only bought a saddle and some new shoes, but they were very helpful!!! After a year as a newbie at cycling, I decided it would be a good time for a professional fit. I signed up for the Retul Premium fit.
