Trek Bicycle Columbia Maryland

This order was a gift and they were super happy with the service they got at the store when they went to pick up the new bike. The salesperson must have done a great job selling because they added a basket, water bottle rack, and bell to the order (lol).

The Trek store in Columbia, MD is awesome. Great selection of bikes at very reasonable prices. The employees are very friendly, kind, helpful, and attentive to your needs. Special thanks to Harper, who spent a great deal of time advising and guiding us through our entire bike search and purchase process. First visit was great (Harper was extremely helpful). Just took my second bike for a level 2 service and they're telling me the bike is too dirty to clean for the existing level 2 price. They want an additional $190 for a good cleaning. I'll take the bike somewhere else that honors their pricing. Kinda disappointed with Trek bikes of Columbia.

Excellent customer service every time I show up! Paalo has helped me every single time I come to the store for assistance with my new road bike. Training for my first Ironman race, and had very little knowledge on cycling. He has helped me tremendously over the past few months, makes excellent recommendations, and always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m set up for success with all my cycling needs!

I was initially concerned when Race Pace transition to Trek. I will say it has the same great staff who are passionate about cycling and helping customers. They are knowledgeable and honest. They go out of their way to help me. In some ways, it seems they have more resources and latitude to help customers with Trek backing them. I went to a “local” shop to support them. However, I was overcharged and didn’t get the quality of service as the folks at Trek.
