Chip, thank you so much for repairing my scooter! I went to a few scooter repair shops in the DC area and none were responsive. I called Chip's shop last minute, and was able to be seen right away. I only had an inner tube tire change, but it only took 1 hour and was good as new. I will be going here from now on. Chip was so kind and patient! I am grateful!

Update: December 2023. Went here again for second time. I think in more than a year at least. I went here to get my brake pads replaced. Same old Chip, always dependable. Discussed the issue via phone, brought the scooter within a day. Picked it up on when it was ready. It was during holiday and Chip still delivered great service. Outstanding work as always even with lined up work Chip has. It is smarter if customer bring their own parts which I always do. Chip even threw a missing tire cap ...

After some hard use, a few mishaps, and some repair work I didn't do well to complete myself, my 2 year old Mantis 8 scooter was out of commission as one of my primary transportation modes. I decided to leave my Mantis 8 scooter with ElectroScooterWorks, in the hope that I could get it back ASAP. GREAT DECISION. Despite the number of problems to fix, I got the scooter back in a reasonable amount of time, and I'm back on the roads and running smoothly. THANK YOU!

Chip was great! Super friendly, knowledgeable and affordable. Dealing with Hiboy support is an exercise in frustration so having Chip help out was a big win for us.

Had a great experience with Chip at ElectroScooterWorks. He diagnosed our scooter's issue after only knowing the make/model and a brief description of the problem. Had it fixed for us in a couple days and returned it in what seems like better-than-new condition. He also took the time to really explain the details of the problem to us, and gave us tips for maintenance. Chip is everything you want in a mechanic. Knowledgable, fast and not too pricey.
