The Bike Doctor is where I’m going from now on for all my bike needs. Long story short I had a really bad experience buying a bike online. The Bike Doctor was there for me every step of the way. Had some issues with initial service and changes performed on my wife and I's E bikes. Dan listened to the issues and made sure everything was addressed and that we were completely satisfied. The Bel Air team were super helpful in getting my bike back on the road. I’d initially taken it on without an appointment for a pedal mounting issue and ended up replacing my road tires for something more gravel appropriate. I was in and out in 45 minutes and riding the next day. I’ll definitely be back when I need further upgrades or repairs.
