2019-Great customer service. Very helpful, made my visit effortless. Will definitely return. 8/2020- I returned for service on my Father's 30 yrs bike that I now use. The service is excellent. New chain & rear wheel sprocket selector installed. Thank you so much. Still 5 stars. 9/2021- I returned to have my bike (Father's Bike) serviced. Still great service. I was able to ride my Dad's bike 23.71 miles the next day without any problems. Highly recommended.

I worked with Cody and Ryan on successive days to select new bike shoes and assess my 25 year old road bike. They knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. I highly recommend this shop for knowledgeable, helpful, no-pressure sales and service.

The service is always phenomenal, especially Dana, he’s always there to help with any questions or to suggest a particular item that might make your riding experience more enjoyable.

Staff was very friendly and they gave me a very fast repair service. Definitely way better than other "bike doctors" around the area. Keep up the good job!

Sean knows his stuff- Ben and Steve were very knowledgable and kind as well. The folks at Arnold have deep industry knowledge and won’t try to sell you. Highly recommend, if your lucky enough to live close by, this is a great local bike shop to develop a relationship with. Good people.
