It's with a heavy heart that I'm writing a negative review here. I am impressed by Tyler's knowledge and diagnostic skills, as well as customer service, and I just kind of like the vibe, with lots of used bikes, a diverse clientele, and a sense that they're there to help, not to sell things. However, the quality of the work on my bikes has been poor and in some cases abysmal, and the turnaround time even worse. I took my older Cannondale to get a tuneup and some upgraded accessories. I haven't ridden much in the last decade, and the "New Year's Resolution" bug got to me; I want to be ready for spring. The older guy, Matt, listened to my needs and questions regarding upgrades and was very helpful in directing me to the owner of the shop who also listened to my needs and concerns. They explained how my bike was not best suited for my age/weight and showed me some bikes which would be better for me....

The guys here were knowledgeable and patient with me as I was looking for my first serious bike. They had me take one of their bikes out for the day so I could get some real experience before buying. Bonus was petting the owner's dog while we chatted.

I brought in my mountain bike recently and it was fixed on the spot. the owner was very freindly and explained the whole process. great customer service, would recommend.

I'm being fixing my bikes over there for many years. Chris and his staff are awesome! Great service and great prices.
