I had such a great experience at The Bicycle Link. I ordered spin shoes, and the owner could not have been more knowledgeable, customer-focused, and genuinely kind. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt confident about my purchase. The shop clearly knows everything about cycling, but what really stood out to me was the warmth and personal touch. I was greeted with Sam, and wow. This place made me feel like I was part of the family. Came in for my first bike. They let me test ride 2 bikes because I was undecided at first. When I was ready, I came out with my brand new XL 2025 Trek Marlin 5 MTB. Purchasing it was a breeze. They did a tune up since it needed one (boy does it ride better now) and price was immaculate. Definitely will be making this bike shop my only bike shop for now on!! If I could give 10/5 stars I would!!

I was excited to see a bicycle shop that was local to me. I ordered a bicycle online through The Bicycle Link and it was a very smooth experience. I got a call the next day from Bill to confirm my order and give an ETA as it needed to be shipped. I got another call closer to the ETA from Bill again advising the bike was going to be delayed a couple days due to shipping. Purchased a bike for my grandson this morning for a Christmas present. They were very helpful and explained the warranty so even I would understand. I needed a different seat for the bike and they installed it while I waited and fully checked out the bike. I’m very happy with my experience with them.
