I can't find any reason not to like Farina's. I've fallen in love with this place ever since I first walked in looking for my first bike last year. So far, in less than a year I have purchased from Farina's two hybrid bikes, one e-bike, and numerous accessories such as bike locks, helmets, bike gloves, and many more. I had a great experience at Farina’s Bike Shop. I went in trying to decide between two types of e-bikes, and the staff took the time to walk me through the pros and cons without any pressure. I have a long commute, and they recommended an e-bike that has been one of my favorite purchases ever. So I called about picking up some parts for some snowblowers they had the parts, but the part could’ve been about $15 they wanted $119 of course a business needs to make their own money. I understand that but when I stated how it’s much cheaper to just order online, I was considering still coming in to buy 10 carburetors, but the lady just hung up on me cause I don’t think she liked the fact that I was amazed at how much they up barge almost 12x I was still gonna go in there and buy the parts...

Even before coming into Farina's for the first time, I knew I was going to a good place with a good history. I was met with joy and kindness in each of the members of staff, and spent a good time upstairs going over my soon-to-be e-bike.
