Got my e-bike shifting better than new. Very patient and offered plenty of advice in completing maintenance on my own. Worth the drive compared to shops closer to my home.

Went here with a broken dirtbike chain that was cut to short. Shop owner was happy to help and went out of his way to show me the process of fixing it free of charge. Would highly recommend, great people!

I bought a mountain bike. I love the bike. They built me one they had in the box since it was bigger than the one they had on display. They said they wanted to make sure I had the right size, and not what was just in front of me. There wasn't any difference in price based on the size of the model I was buying. I have had them work on 2 of my other bicycles as well. They are excellent at service and maintenance. Terrific on prices as well. Plan on going here for a long time.

failed to update their hours. they're not open on Saturdays. drove 20 miles for nothing. thanks southbridge bicycles, you lost a customer. to be honest it looks like they're not even open anymore.

Absolutely outstanding service. Brought in my 24-year-old mountain bike, which had been sitting idle in storage for over 15 years.
