I purchased online but picked up as I chose this shop because it is close enough to home. Also a friend purchased a couple bikes and pointed me to e-bike 508. I purchased online and called to confirm. There was a mix up with the order. When I was told of the mix up I was also presented with an alternate path that was very much in my favor. I purchased an E-bike online from 508 EBikes. They were great to work with and fast to ship. I had a small problem with the rear wheel's hub and Ronnie Fortin kept great contact & communication with me about it. There were no parts available this side of the Atlantic so they ordered a new bike and sent the wheel from that one. Great customer service and support!
