My service appt fell far short of expectations. I had a $378 repair ticket on a $650 2-year old bike which was pricey but understandable based on this market. Included in that price was a “ride ready” tune-up for $200. The completed bike was not ride ready and showed no attention to detail or competence with the repair. The rear axel was not fully seated in the frame; the brake pads were not aligned with the rims; reflectors hung loose without screws; tire pressures were 20 + 27 psi. ...

Best shopping experience ever for a new bike. The salesperson Hannah was extremely knowledgeable and excellent out of her job. Definitely will be a return customer and definitely recommend this bike shop.

I caused a bit of damage to the threads of my suspension fork while doing a lower leg service. I thought I would have to buy a die set to fix it. I stopped by the shop and a fellow named "Shovels" fixed it for me. It was such a relief. I feared I had ruined the fork and it would have been a costly replacement. Better yet, he fixed it for free!

I’ve been using them to take care of my specialist e-bike for 3 years and love their attitude and knowledge about the ins and outs of the company and the bike manufacturer. On a call back for some error, the manufacturer recommended replacing a part, but the Landry’s expert knew better and suggested to leave it as it was. I trust these guys what makes the bike tick.

It's been easier buying a bike, accessories and scheduling service than getting a regular iced coffee at Starbucks! The Landry's team has been really helpful & accessible through chat & on the phone. There hasn't been a negative yet in my experience. And I'm thinking of a new gravel bike....
