Eh…communication here could really be better. I called to ask how much it would be to replace a tire with dry rot on a women’s bicycle and was told $35. Great! I dropped off the bike on a Saturday afternoon and the guy there looked at it, and said it looked like the tube was still holding air so they should be able to just replace the tire, but likely wouldn’t get to it until Tuesday. Never felt rushed or like a "noob". The bike is amazing and better than I ever hoped. He got it...

I have brought several bikes of mine for repairs and have always got good service and no one has ever made me feel my bikes weren’t worth fixing. They have a really large selection of bikes, gear, and racks for bikes. The staff is pleasant.

I purchased a new Giant bicycle here in summer of 2021 when inventories nationwide were stripped bare. Yesteryear had what I was looking for in stock and at a great price. In the time since, they have provided excellent follow-up service as needed. They are a high quality local business, and should be everyone's first choice for bicycle shopping and service on the South Coast.

Charged $90 to tighten up everything on my new bike and there's still loose pieces and I still can't ride it. Too expensive. Not good service.
