This place is great. I called to replace my chain because this winter really took a toll on it. Adam set me up with an appointment same day and i was in and out in 20 minutes. The staff there are very kind and willing to answer questions from someone who really knows nothing about bikes. Adam gave me care instructions and told me things to look out for. Definitely recommend this place! Reasonably priced service. The bikes they sell there all look nice too.

With parts and accessories of such high quality, style, and luxury, everything you see there is top-notch and geared towards off-road cycling. JRA is my go-to shop, even when I moved out of the neighborhood. Coming from the bike industry, the staff here are particularly skilled, friendly, helpful, and set you up with the right gear and stock thoughtful brands. They've expertly serviced many of my bikes and I purchased my first new bike with JRA, an awesome ride and very fair value. I visit about once a month as my bikes get beat up in the fells - I wholeheartedly recommend JRA.

Over the summer I brought in my mountain bike for a warranty repair. The crew at JRA was friendly and super easy to work with alongside the manufacturer. Cost of repair was below my expectations and they even threw in some extra bearings Marin had sent along as part of the process. Solid prices on bikes as well, may need to head back for an upgrade soon!

What a great experience in purchasing a bike! Patrick was extremely friendly and helped me find the right fit and right bike! He also helped me get connected with female group rides in the area. Can’t recommend enough.
