Both of my bikes have come from north shore cycles the one on the left was my first ever se bike it was amazing I recently bought the ow bomma and it is so good I highly recommend buying your bikes from north shore cycles and not from the website since they come already intact and also the people there are amazing people helping you with any problem you need.

I came here when I got a flat on a nearby bike ride and the staff here were super helpful and prioritized my repair. Even when they didn't have the exact tube in stock they were able to find it and I was back on the road in about 20 minutes. Pricing was very reasonable and staff was friendly. If you're in the market for a bike or bike accessories, I highly recommend checking them out!

Brought my bike in for new tires and shift adjustment on 9/4. Manager said it would take a week but probably less and they had the tires in stock. I didn’t hear from them so I called on 9/11 for an update. I was told that they didn’t have the tires in stock but had ordered and they would arrive by 9/16.
