Fifield electric bikes had incredible customer service. Someone was always reachable by phone for questions. They were more than happy to walk me through how to do something on my e-bike's LCD control. Email response is usually within the same day during the week and on the Monday after the weekend.

I bought my second ebike here last year. I got the folding bike, which I love. It has plenty of power and is very easy to ride. There have been a few teething problems, but the customer service has been superb. I prefer to ride my Gazelle when cycling for pleasure, but this is a great city bike for commuting and doing errands.

This place is not generally open. There is a sign on the door stating that it is open by appointment only. Do not believe the hours listed on Google Maps and just show up. You will waste your time.
