This is truly a hidden gem. Nestled in downtown Framingham, the shop has a great selection of mountain, road , and hybrid bikes. Francisco is amazing and very helpful. He was so kind and knowledgeable and answered all our questions and guided us through the purchase. The value you get for the price is great. Overall, very happy with our experience and will continue to go there when I buy my bike and to service them.

n + 1 cyclery stood out to me as I drove by as the most charming and intriguing storefront that I had to do a u-turn and pop in despite the freezing January rain. I was not disappointed! Bought my bianchi about a year ago from Cisco and I’ve been taking it back to him when I need a fix in a timely manner (anywhere from a few hours to 2 days time) He knows his bikes very well and is able to service bikes no matter how new or old they are! He is able to find you a bike that suits your needs in his inventory, and if he doesn’t have it he can point you to the right direction. Before I start this review know that my bike tire was puncture right out side the Wendy's down the street and instead of going to him I instead called AAA and had it brought back to my place because this guy always has an attitude problem (not 100% of the time but most of the time.) I love this spot. Every issue I have had with my Ebike have always been attended to and quickly at that and always resolve the solution. Thats why its my number one bike mechanic and Ill always go back! Highly recommend!!
