What a fabulous bike rental place Greg has and his place is so accessible to the Canal! Greg commands exemplary customer service and couldn't be any more accommodating. He answered 100% of our questions - the good ones and the silly ones. We rented excellent, contemporary ebikes and couldn't be happier. What an epic adventure we had! Prior to booking we scouted the different bike rental places on the canal and CC had an adult trike that we needed for our crew of 7 kids (ages 7 months, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 yrs) and 2 adults. We had training wheels, bike trailer, tagalong, and trike specialty equipment along with several bikes rented from them and they even called around to check other bike rental places for us to make sure we had the best fit of equipment. Outstanding service! We bought a Lectric e-bike and it arrived with a flat front tire. He fixed it(warranty) on the spot while my wife waited. A week later the rear tire went flat. Lectric has been shipping bikes with faulty tire tubes. Once again, he fixed it immediately. Thank you so much for your exemplary service!
