Brought my Fuji hybrid bike into the braintree shop for new tires, seat, chain and basic tune up. The whole process was very smooth and the bike was ready within a week, as promised. Very nice shop. Cole was the technician and did an awesome job, like a new bike!

The staff on this location is FANTASTIC! Helpful, energetic, knowledgeable and overall caring. I brought my bike for a flat tire and they were able to accommodate me right away.
