If they sell you a bike, check the tire pressure, alignment, and chain tightness BEFORE you take delivery of the bike. A brand new bike should not have both tires low on air. Also just straight up do not use them for service unless you are already a regular customer and have been for years. They will overcharge you for the things you do need and do their level best to scare you into buying things you don't need at all.

Broke down coming through Monroe at about 5pm 9/11/12. Called the shop, they came picked up myself, my bike and luggage. Problem could not be fixed because parts weren't in stock for my 12 yr. old Suzuki. I did not expect the parts would be in stock so that is no criticism. Bobby the shop manager drove me to a local motel for the night. The next day, after it was determined that a stator had to be ordered, I decided to leave the mc with them to repair because by this time I trust these guys...
