Brooks' Bike and Board Shop of Slidell

This is a great bike shop! We are fortunate to have them in Slidell., They assembled 2 bikes for me at a reasonable price. They also have a nice assortment of bikes inside, especially E bikes.

Walking our dogs as we always do past Brooks Bikes & the employee was on his E-Bike & speed straight towards us with 3 dogs on leashes, Startling the dogs & us while we were on the sidewalk. NEVER SLOWED DOWN!!! When he could've just gone around us or crossed the street. GO FIGURE IT WAS 10:04 am on 10/7/2025 & Brooks opens at 9am.... happened at the corner of the vacant lot & the parking lot Brooks shares with the other businesses. Very disrespectful!!!

We ordered a new SE bike tire anfter ours popped and when it arrived it was a different tire having a white wall. The guys at Brooks Bike Shop put the tire on so my son could ride and they ordered two new tires in blue cause that is what he really wanted. They let him ride with the first one that came in and when the two new ones came in they put those one to make him happy. If you need something bike related you should definitely consider Brooks. Awesome shop. Glad to know there is local support available for my Serial 1 Harley Davidson. Got a holder for my coffee so I can ride the streets and get my morning caffeine at same time!

Go see J.W. or Mr Bobby they know their stuff and Brooks has fair prices on parts and labor! Happy to see this shop in Slidell vs driving to Covington. Same great place just a closer location for me! Will be bringing my bike back for changing crank and sprocket to a 1x and upgrading shifter brake combo.
