Huge shoutout to the Trek team in Mandeville, they’re fantastic. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly professional. They took great care of our older bikes and made the whole service process easy. We also just bought a new Trek FX step-over and couldn’t be happier with it. Great experience from start to finish!

I brought my bike here when I heard a rubbing sound from my rear brake rubbing against the wheel. Was assisted by JD (or JT?) and he diagnosed the problem (and fixed it, the brake pad was put on upside down) in 10 minutes. Staff was helpful and skilled and the place had plenty of Trek bikes to choose from, including bike accessories. Certainly my go-to if I have any bike problems from now on.

Friendly and knowledgeable service available here. They love bikes and their joy seeps into the shopping experience, whether for an acceessory or a whole new bike. Trek offered trial bikes on smaller frames I couldn’t find anywhere else.

Over the weekend, I visited the store and was warmly greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable young man named Christopher, who provided outstanding support. While they didn’t have the item I was searching for, I ended up buying two other items instead. I highly recommend this store and am excited to shop there again soon. Thanks for the fantastic experience!
