Brought my Cruzbike recumbent in for routine service and a minor upgrade last week. Darryl dialed in the new air shock such that it performs well w/o needing further adjustment thus far. Thomas took the time to ensure the work met my expectations and dispensed helpful advice along the way. Highly satisfied with their service and would recommend.

Really bad , I change my tire , 3 days later it pops out , I pay 150 and now they wanna charge m again and make m wait to put another one really baddd Don come here it sucks

Great bike shop. Had a tune up done on my 2006 road bike and it rides like it’s brand new. Lots of good info and bike was finished before time estimate. Recommend BWoL. 7/25/25 update Best shop in NOLA. Staff is great. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

I came in for some advice on a new wheel set. The staff was very friendly and patient with me. They gave me some good advice without pushing a sale on me. I eventually purchased my new wheel set from them several months later. They are a great group of guys. I often joke with Chris and Adam about how I always leave with something every time I visit to the shop. Mark is a cool and knowledgeable guy also. I highly recommend this shop for your biking needs.

Great local bike shop. Caring and knowledgeable staff, I've always felt like our service has been above and beyond. Chris especially is super helpful and always goes the extra mile to make sure my husband and I get the service we need. They tune our bikes to perfection and we always pop in to buy gear, tools, and for bike upgrades. Will always support them! Thanks for being so awesome Bicycle World!
