I was in town, visiting family for the holidays when my bike started having issues. I brought it in and Rod took great care of me. He changed my chain, rear break cable, and two sprockets, and replaced the tape on my handlebars all in less than 24 hours and for a very reasonable price. Definitely my go to shop when I’m in town.

Rod is the best guy in the business in Louisiana. He set me up with my first bike and gearset back when I was in college and then when I needed to replace my frame after an unfortunate crack he kept his shop open late so I could drive in. Every shop in New Orleans had a backlog on stock in my size and were going to charge me absurd prices; however, Rod had a full selection and offered excellent prices. This place goes the extra mile. We ordered a Yakima Rooftop cargo box and they stayed open and helped us install it at 9PM at night after the truck was delayed in delivering the special order part. Great customer service! Highly recommended.
