I brought my bike in for a simple derail adjustment. Technician called me trying to add all kind of extra fees, and I told them to just fix the problem it was having, which was the rear derailment. Once I picked up the bike the front brake was rubbing and squeaking loudly and the front gear wasn’t shifting properly. I am on a walker with brakes. I broke the brake cable and asked if they could put a New brake cable… Not only did they put a new brake cable on, but it was done at an extremely reasonable price… I could not ask for anybody to have any kinder to me than they were… Great staff and very nice people to work with… I’m so happy that I found Capital Cycle.

I drove a long way to drop off my bike and they were locking the door when I arrived. They closed at 5:00pm and it was 5:02pm and they completely ignored me knocking on the door. I visited this establishment with my son age 7, daughter age 4, and mother. The bike display is vast. They have everything from scooter bikes, regular bikes, electric, and 3 wheeled bikes. I did not get a bike my kids did and they LOVE them!! I would like to purchase a wide seat like on their 3 wheel bike. The staff is extremely attentive throughout the process.

Called inquiring if they still had a bicycle in house and still on sale that I saw on their web-page. Guy who answered the phone walked to the floor and gave me the information I asked and even threw in some knowledge I didn’t ask about.
