Trek Bicycle Elmwood

The team at my local Trek in Elmwood was absolutely amazing! Tom and the guys are truly encyclopedias of all bicycle knowledge. Went from bringing a second hand Specialized MTB in for a tune up and left with a much deeper understanding of bikes. So much so that I planned to buy a Trek bike. People who are passionate about the products and services they sell are hard to find. Great team!

I love the customer service the representative in helping find the right bike for me. Very professional and understanding of what I was looking for. He did help with other accessories needed. I went to two different reputable bike shops in the New Orleans area. I wanted to add a hand brake to my cruiser to which both bike shops turned me down and said it can’t be done. Well I stopped by Trek and Thomas looked up the parts, had them ordered and installed on my bike in less than a week. All in all, I had spectacular service from the team and this is the only place I will trust going forward.

Aside from the historical quality associated with Trek, the staff is what separates any business from its competition. Thomas and his associate were very welcoming, attentive to my issue and resolved it expeditiously. There is an expectation with Trek, but this crew goes above and beyond to ensure you leave completely satisfied with the experience. People matter.
