Bicycle Face

First time here, we’ll be back! Having a hip replacement next week and the rolling walker I got came out of the box with the left brake not locking. Tried to adjust it myself but it wasn’t happening. Read somewhere that tbe brakes were similar to bike brakes so my husband took the walker in to Bicycle Face. 10 ssconds later the brake was adjusted at no charge. So impressed with this place!

Big shout out to Hugh! He runs an amazing business. Focused on integrity, communication, and overall great customer service, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else to buy or repair a bike. I got a Retrospec bike from his shop, and I have no regrets. I highly recommend Hugh and Bicycle Face for anyone considering to buy or repair a bike, buy bike related equipment, or have a feel good conversation with an all around great guy.

The Old Guys Pub Crawl loves this place. It's like having your own private bar. This is a real jewel of a place for beer drinkers. We took guests there and they were so happy for the experience.

Great local bike shop. They are very quick with repairs, give good service, and are quite friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Bicycle Face is as bad as its name. I’ve taken by bike there three times now and still isn’t fixed. I needed a new part that would change the gears on my bike. As they were putting the part on the bike they discovered I needed another item to that would complete the bike to a ten speed. Instead of calling me and letting me know that. The bike was left how it was in the beginning. The guys didn’t even check to see if I needed air for my tires. Luckily my neighbor had an air compressor . So now...
