Went this past Saturday to look into ordering a bike for my son for Christmas. Spent a decent amount time talking and learning about the bikes and what would be best for him. Great people and great service! Quick turnaround (MUCH quicker than Lexington shops) and convenient downtown location that seems to always have easy to find parking available. This should be your top choice place for anything bike related! The owners are knowledgeable and I felt very confident in the services they did for my bikes. Good selection of bike accessories/parts. They were also very upfront about the pricing and took the time to explain the services they did for my bikes. The turnaround from drop off to pick up was also amazing, only took a day.

Needed new pedals and tires for my bike and Duke (store owner & bike mechanic) made it effortless by providing many options and guidance for what would be best for how I intend to ride…Parts were ordered within minutes with a plan for installation once they arrive. I went into the shop for the first time with two bent wheels. My expectations were that I would have to replace both rims. They fixed my rims by truing them up instead.
