E-Rides Bellevue

Purchased our first E-Bike here and had an incredibly pleasant time. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and more than willing to help and/or answer any questions. They even gave us a short tutorial on how to use all the bells and whistles that came with it! Will definitely being coming back for our second at some point!

We purchased 2 Velotric E-Bikes at E-Rides in Bellevue KY, a Discover-2 and a Nomad-2X. Emmy and Alex were great to work with through this purchase. We purchased two Velotric E bikes over the phone with the Louisville location and picked them up at Bellevue. Both locations were great to deal with. The knowledge and customer service were so appreciated and such a rare find now days. Lastly, shout out of huge thanks to Alex for not just going over the bike details with us, but also for helping us with the rack and loading on a very cold December day!!

E-Rides is easily one of the best local shops I’ve been to. Emmy, who runs the store, is awesome—she’s super genuine and really cares about her customers.
