Very good place, I really loved this store, it has everything, it is very well located, it is an excellent store to buy bicycle parts and accessories... the service was very good, they couldn't help me with my issue but they assisted me in everything, great place so if you are in the area this is your place.

This shop is awesome. We had three flats in a group on Flint Hills Trail and John drove 22 miles to meet us and help us with repairs fixing our bikes in Casey’s parking lot. He brought a rack, tubes, spare supplies for us and he even texted us three hours after to make sure we were ok. The service attitude of the shop and of John were outstanding and we appreciate them very much. If you are in the area support this shop. If you’re into bikes and in Ottawa, this is a must stop. The shop has a good atmosphere, plenty of bikes and all the essentials to go with them. If you like coffee or disc golf, this is a good stop for you too. Awesome ownership and a knowledgeable staff makes this a top notch local bike shop!
