Free State Cycle Works

My shifting cable broke on the Trans American route and Free State Cycle Works did a fantastic job repairing it! Wow!! Shawn is a professional at fixing bikes. Very impressive and very friendly too. He replaced the cable, new handlebar tape, rotated tires, cleaned chain, tuned gears and washed bike at a great price than most bike shops in Wichita. I highly recommend this shop to get your bike fixed or looked at. Shawn is very knowledgeable. I’m very satisfied. Thank You Shawn!!!

Free state. As a guy that puts a lot of miles on his bike, it’s nice to have a dealer in the area to help support my writing. I’ve always had a great success in with parts and service. I appreciate that he can usually work me in if I have something major. Highly recommend. Yes that’s actual miles for just two years.

I purchased a Fuji Mountain Bike from Free State. Shawn did a great job of fitting me and explaining the different features of the bike. Great quality bike! We were looking for a new bike for our daughter for her birthday. Everywhere we looked they were sold out. Shawn was able to order her a bike from one of his vendors and even kept it at the store until her birthday for us. You will not find that kind of service at the Big Box stores!

My son crashed his bike and messed up the back wheel and handlebars. We brought it in to drop it off to be fixed and the guys in the shop stopped what they were doing and fixed it on the spot. When they were done they taught my son how to fix little problems himself and wouldn't take any money for their time. We'll definitely be back and will send people their way! Awesome experience.
