Don't believe the negative Karen's. I've been taking my race bikes to Doug and his team for many years. They have never failed to do great work!

I asked them to do a general tune-up on a mountain bike and fix an issue where the chain comes off the crank under load. They said they fixed everything and the first test ride, the chain came off. I brought it back in, and they tried again. This time, I didn't make it 2 feet from the counter. A different person told me the parts were either worn or just cheap parts, and sold me a new freewheel. This is a great shop with knowledgeable staff.i have good luck dropping in for regular tools and parts, most of the time they have what I'm looking for. The service is pretty fast even with big issues with my bike. They always go above and beyond and treat their customers very well. Great shop! Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Westfield Cyclesports and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by their team. Worked with Doug and had an amazing experience. Was taking in an old Peugeot bicycle for some basic service and issue with the rear wheel. Doug was very friendly, helpful, and honest. He was upfront about what the bike really needed for service and was able to diagnose my wheel issue within minutes. Unfortunately what I needed they couldn't get in stock, but Doug was able to give me great advice on what to look for! I will be shopping here again for any bicycle repairs.
