I am very new to cycling, and the folks at Gear Up have been a great resource to me. They have helped adjust the bike to me, given me resources for upcoming rides, and assisted with showing me how to change a flat tube and use clip in shoes. I give them my highest recommendation!

Locally owned shop with excellent customer service by people who love cycling. They offer great products and amazing service after the sale. Steve gave me excellent service. He made sure that I bought the proper size bike with upgraded brakes. The upgraded bike was on sale for the same price as the basic bike I was looking to purchase.

Top notch bike shop!! I purchased a new Trek and drove a few hours to pick it up. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional- not to mention I got an amazing deal. When I called a few weeks later to ask a question, they thoroughly explained how to fix an issue and followed up a few days after to ensure the solution fixed the problem. And the hand written thank you note for my purchase was a nice touch! Would make the drive 100 times over for the amazing service. Thank you!

Steer clear. Over charges for faulty work and when you bring it back, they charge you again. I bought local in order to maintain a good relationship With those servicing my bike. Actively training for races and triathlons so they gave me a date that they would be able to overnight a tuneup when I brought it back on that date they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them, and that they had no record of what they had said.
