I drove 1hr 30m to pick up a brand new marlin 6 gen 3(2023) that they had listed for $600. The guy that took care of me was very nice. He even throw a bottle holder for free and offered help loading the bike on the rack. It was my first time there, the shop was well arranged with decent amount of gadgets and accessories for sale. Thanks again for such a bargain.
Absolutely love stopping by and visiting my local bike shop. Jason and his team are so friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of new stuff, but also supply parts and tools for those of us who like to work on our own rides. Big box stores and Indy just can't give you the personal touch that you'll find at this family owned local business.
Always quick to answer questions and get me in for servicing. Most of the time I get my bike back the same day. Today I had an issue with not being able to get a pedal installed. I hought I was going to have to buy new crank arms, but they ended up fixing it and only charged a $10 labor fee. I've been going here since I moved to Muncie and highly recommend it.
I like Kirk’s. I’ve walked in twice now for a repair and both times I’m helped immediately, service is quick and affordable. I’ll be back next time I need a repair.
Nice guys, not so sure about their service department. Put my tires on backwards and claimed to replace parts with new ones when they obviously did not. Called me while they were working on it asking if my shifter was broken when I brought it in for service. It was not, they said they just put it together wrong but that they were able to get it figured out. My shifter stopped working after 15 minutes of riding, which caused too much slack in the chain then causing the derailleur to get caught...
