Had some initial communication issues because the salesperson was at a show in Indianapolis, but those were resolved after a few phone calls and emails. I just wish the entire buying process had been quicker, though it was about the same length of time as buying a car. Overall I'm happy with the staff and especially with "young Kyle" he did a great job.

I took my 2023 Honda Pioneer 1000-5 in for a recall by Honda, service was great! Very friendly staff, good communication, and no issues during the whole process. I also go in to the dealership periodically to buy oil/oil filters and other parts. Lots of inventory in their showroom.
