Got my oil filter and o rings for my break in service. They had it in stock and I even got caught in a rainstorm on the way there so they let me hang out for awhile to wait it out. They had a little area for you to leave your gear while you get service done or peruse the store. I would come here again; amazing service even offered me coffee while I waited out the storm :):):):):):)

I purchased a 2018 Harley davidson iron 883. I love the bike and the entire process was just Amazing and wonderful experience. I will Stongly recommend Triumph Indianapolis to anyone who needs to purchase a dependable Motorcycle.

I’m a bit late on writing this review. But I’ve never had such a pleasant experience dealing with a dealership. Bought a Scrambler 900 earlier this year. My interactions with Paul were great - responsive, honest, straightforward, logical. He even delivered the bike across state lines (for a reasonable fee). Helped me with the registration etc. being in a different state. If you’re looking for a Triumph in and around Indiana, I would not look further.

Paul, General Manager, has been amazing to work with! He has made me feel confident that I am purchasing a outstanding used motorcycle at a very fair price. He has gone over and beyond my expectations to help make this transaction occur as seamlessly as possible, which included shipping my bike to another state. His communication has been very timely. I can't say enough positive words about him and this dealership. I highly recommend this business!

Triumph of Indianapolis did a great job on my bike. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable with the extensive service and repairs to my Triumph motorcycle.
