REI Bike Shop

Drove here from Marion to purchase myself an electric bike for my birthday. Customer service was very short and quick to not help at all! Never seen an establishment that didn’t want to make a sale. Or maybe they didn’t have time for me??

Hands down they have some of the best customer service I've ever seen. Their staff is always knowledgeable and have gone above & beyond for me countless times. Highly highly recommend!

So I was installing a garage door at work, and long story short had broken someone’s bike. I took it to REI & I was in and out in less than a half hour and Isaac rob and Kyle all helped me figure everything out and get the bike back working again. I couldn’t recommend these 3 dudes enough. Life savers and extremely Nice!

REI is great because of its quality products. Even with the pricepoint. I especially like this branch because the people working there are very helpful and cheerful, and it's always a speedy checkout.
