Amy at Trek Fort Wayne is the best salesperson who has ever taken care of me in my life! My husband and I were in the store in July. She patiently and attentively helped us try out several bikes asking us detailed questions about what we liked and what we needed. She let us take the bikes on the trail test drive them and made sure we had helmets to be safe. This place is really great. I took in a tire that I accidentally blew out the rim, eesh, yes the rim. I was trying to get it replaced quick, it’s a small size for a trailer. I worked with Shane, he was incredibly helpful. And didn’t have anything in stock. BUT he didn’t play some sleazy tactic to get me to still go with him. I used to really like Summit city bicycles, but it had some rough spots that I really didn’t like so I wouldn’t go there a good portion of the time when I needed bicycle stuff. I have recently approached Trek, and the people were so friendly, so helpful, and the shop is so nice. This place is a real gift for the city.
