Motion Cycling

I brought my used bike to Motion Cycling after spending a lot of money elsewhere without getting lasting fixes. The team here quickly identified the real issues, explained them clearly, and got everything working perfectly. All for a fraction of what I’d already spent. After a couple hundred kilometers of riding since, the bike still feels great. I wish I’d come here first!

Awesome bike shop with an enormous selection of high end bikes and accessories. Drove 4.5 hours to purchase a bike and would absolutely do the same again. Chris and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable and truly cared about making the bike buying experience a great one. Very competitive on pricing and willing to change components to achieve the correct fit - something most other shops either will not do, or will charge you extra.

I brought my bike in to have the rear wheel repaired. I was told I'd get a call in two days I had to call them on the third day, for them to tell me they hadn't ordered it but they were going to order a new wheel. I called them back after they'd had it for a week and they told me the bike would be done Friday or Saturday (1 1/2 weeks from when I dropped it off) and they would call me. Monday I called them so they could tell me the wrong tire got shipped and they needed to have it swapped. ...

I bought a used bike from someone and before I took it out for a longer ride I wanted to get it tuned up and checked over. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They discovered a very small extremely easy to fix issue that would have caused me a far bigger headache later on and likely left me stranded somewhere. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Motion is the best bike shop I have found. Had some major issues with my bike and they repaired it the same day. They are great!! Always friendly and provide excellent care of my bike.
