Chain Reaction is an absolutely amazing place to take your bike to. The owner has a lot of passion for the bikes that come into his shop, old or new. I honestly would not take my bike anywhere else. Randy did a phenomenal job on my bike.

My son was wanting a basic bike with no gears and Randy took time to show me exactly what my son wanted. Randy will give you great service and wants you to be happy with the bike you buy. Would definitely buy another bike from Chain Reaction! Thank you!

Randy, the owner, seems friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and has a small collection of used, new and electric bikes. He fixed my flat tire and gave me a tune up. Great to have a local bicycle repair guy around. I'm happy to support small hometown businesses like this. He seems to address the middle of the road crowd. Stopped in at this local bike shop to just look at a new bike. I wasn’t planning on buying as I thought I had made up my mind with the brand I wanted. We found a bike in rough shape and Randy was able to fix the bike in a few days! He was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! He also had several bikes there for sale in a very clean show room. 10 out of 10 will recommend to friends and family. We will definitely be back!
