The Bicycle Station

Unless you’re buddies with the current ownership and staff, don’t bring your bike here. I brought my older hardtail Specialized for a tuneup and shifter replacement. They called to tell me my bike was ready after 2 weeks from drop off. I go in to pick up my bike. Whoopsie doodle… they called the wrong person and my bike wasn’t ready. No biggie. 7 more weeks go on with no communication, I had to call every week to get an update and the best I got was an “Uhhhh, we’re waiting on parts.” ...

Love this bike shop! I had a custom enve mog built and shipped out to me here an Arkansas. The whole process was super chill and easy. Jesse was awesome and great to work with on it. The bike is insane. Couldn’t ask for more from a bike shop, the owner and employees are hyped on bikes and watching their YouTube channel just gets you stoked on riding. If you are looking for the best bike shop and best group of people look no further, because this is it!

They had the bike I was looking for in stock which I was able to find through the online Trek inventory system. The staff was very friendly and helpful to complete a remote Klarna purchase. The bike was ready upon arrival, and they didn't hesitate to help me install accessories. Being new to the area, they suggested we join their weekly ride at Brown County State Park. Overall, we were very happy with the entire experience, and feel like we have new friends at Bicycle Station.

I had a great experience working with Jimmy at The Bicycle Station. I was looking for a lightweight albeit relatively high-end mountain bike and he showed me some options that met my goals. I had been looking for about a year and had considered bikes from Canyon, Santa Cruz, and Transition and ended up on a Specialized Stumpjumper LTD. It’s the right bike at the right time. Such an amazing bike shop. Got my dream bike from them and they were nothing but helpful and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend. Bonus they always got the coolest stuff and make cool you tube videos. Y'all are the best!
