I've never been to the bike store itself. But today I encountered them during the RAIN ride. Super nice guys. They arrived at our location (first stop) right on time. They were visited by no less than a dozen riders needing help. They actually had 3 major repairs to do and they did them all and got everyone back up and running. Everyone was so greatful. You guys were great. Thanks again.

Good place, makes me happy knowing there's a bunch of dirty hipsters in Anderson... Have done tune-ups here and gotten tire replacements. Service is always great, no complaints here! The shop was clean, staff is friendly, overall a really good experience!

Stopped in on a whim on a Friday afternoon to check out some BMX bikes. The owner was very nice and explained everything down from the lower end to the high end quality bikes. Ended up choosing this sweet FIT bike they had in stock, added some pegs and I was on my way. This store is very accommodating to every rider, lots of parts and bikes in stock to choose from. I will definitely be bringing my bike back here for any service it could need. Thanks for your help Ben!

Needed an ebike fixed for warranty. These guys were super easy to work with. They took care of all the back end stuff with Letric. Got everything setup they picked up the bike. Communication was excellent. Super happy with the whole experience. Should we need service I'm calling these guys !!
