I jacked up my derailleur and got to the shop a few minutes after closing but Kirk still got me in and processed. At pickup even got a bonus tutorial on the best way to take the back tire off. And information on local mountain biking clubs. First class bike shop. Great service after the sale.

In my 20 years of going to bike shops this particular Trek store location has provided the best experience hands down. Super friendly and helpful staff. We bought a bike from them and the whole experience was very smooth. Service prices and turnaround times are very reasonable as well. Good size showroom/selection of bikes and it’s been freshly remodeled after Trek acquired from previous shop owner. Highly recommend

Great purchase experience. This location is not close to home. I came here because they had the bike I was looking for in stock and built, so I made the drive. This Trek shop is a true local gem! The staff combines professionalism with genuine friendliness. The service is top-notch, fast and thorough. Kirk, the lead mechanic, deserves special recognition - It's rare to find someone so knowledgeable, skilled and approachable. He makes you feel confident that your bike is in the best possible hands. That was pretty harsh Adam. I agree it sucks J&R retired (we bought several bikes from them) but the same folks are still here and are awesome. Ken & Ethan are up front selling with tons of knowledge (talk to both of them if you're new and spending), the tech guys in back are willing to come up and offer advice/input.
