Samcycle Electric Bikes

Bought an ebike on line and put it together myself. But I didn’t know what I was doing, and brought it here. They fixed my mistakes quickly and reasonably. 2 yrs later, I crashed and bent the fork. Samcycle took the new fork, installed it and did a tuneup. It ran better than whet it was new!! I just bought another ebike on line and on sale (sorry Matt) and will bring it here for assembly. What a pleasant experience. Brought my bike in for new tires at 10:30 on Wednesday. Talked to Matt and we agreed to pick the bike up on Friday... A few hours later he called and said your bike is ready... Tires, tubes, and brakes already done... Super nice people to deal with, very friendly.

I had a very pleasant experience renting an ebike from Samcycle. The staff person was friendly and helpful. The bike was in excellent condition and rode well. A friend and I rode through Deer Grove park, just 5 minutes away, on a beautiful autumn day. I will be coming here again.

We bought a Blix bike for my wife and a Surface604 Rook bike for myself in 2022. The bikes have been excellent, although we have had to have a few things fixed or tweaked. Matt and his assistant are incredibly responsive in scheduling times to bring in the bikes and have them serviced. He is very resourceful and is able to fix things rather than just order new parts.
