Well so far the service has been great. The staff are very welcomming and helpful. Tim the owner is very friendly and outgoing and great to work with. He literally knows everything about bikes. He helped me chose the perfect bike for me. Brice was also very helpful as well when I picked up my bike. Picked up a bike today, extremely helpful staff, owner even agreed to stay and wait for us few minutes after closing to work my our busy schedule. Highly recommend, very knowledgeable and helpful.

Excellent service with friendly staff who were all very helpful. Bikes in general are in very short supply right now, so to get the model I wanted I needed to travel from Nashville, Tennessee, which is about an 8 hour drive. Stopped in today with a flat tire, Ed got me in quick and fixed the problem. I called earlier in the week and the price quoted was what I payed. Two things that stand out is the fact they give quotes over the phone and the fact that they took care of the issue quickly and did not need to keep my bike for days. Poor customer service I had took my bike to orland park Cyclery and I need some work done but they said they did the job but when I got my bike the next day they didn’t do anything they took my money and said they did the work the chain is still not tight or the seat isn’t fixed so they took my money nd claim they fixed it and i couldn’t understand the writing that you guys wrote
