After doing research for an electric bike, I found EBC and made the trip to their facility. Al did an excellent job explaining the options and also getting a bicycle ready for me to test ride. Once the purchase was complete and the bike was being assembled, Al went the extra mile of delivering the bike to my home and customizing/tuning it for my preferences. Great job! Shout out to Nick who fixed my son's ebike! I feel you went above and beyond! My son needed a lot of repairs and for the price to fix it, was better then I expected. I live 45 min away, and it was worth the drive. Thank you! I would definitely recommend EBOC!
